The Flower Fountain has 3 water flow settings for picky drinkers: a gentle water flow, a bubbling top, or calm streams. Unlike bowls, the Catit Flower Fountain pushes only filtered, running water to the surface. This prevents your cat from having access to dirty water. The Catit Triple Action filter removes magnesium and calcium from tap water. These minerals can accumulate in your pets lower urinary tract and lead to urinary tract infection, which is a common health issue for cats. Additionally, this high performance filter removes chlorine odors and bacteria, and retains stray hairs, sediment and debris. The Catit Flower Fountain’s compact 3 L (100 fl oz) water reservoir was designed to take up little floor space. The fountain offers more clean water and is much more stable in comparison to other fountains. The plastics are BPA-Free.

This product is not designed to cure any disease or illness, however, the more dilute urine is (a hydrated cat!), the less likely minerals can clump together to form crystals and stones and UTI’s. 3 different components for clean water that removes odours caused by bacteria and chlorine which cats are sensitive to, softens tap water to help prevent urinary tract infections, which is a common health issue for cats. Filters out hair, sediment and debris, so water is always fresh.

Its smart design plays on your cats instincts to paw out smaller portions of food, which stimulates activity and reduces binge eating. Insert kibble or treats into the various tubes for your cat to smell and paw out! The tubes have rounded ends, making them easy to use and clean. There are 3 short narrow tubes and 2 long wide tubes so you can change between difficulty levels. The sloped surface can be used to add extra kibble in the front. The digger is an excellent dish for when you’re not at home. The cat will first eat the kibble that is easiest to access, after that it has to ‘work’ a little harder for its food. Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 1-2 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product(s) back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail and a credit note that reflects that the amount has been credited into your account. Please allow for up to 21 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order at any point unless the order has already been dispatched, in which case, please refer to refund policy.
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately via email to info@equestri-online.com. In the case of non-delivery please wait seven working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods, please take photographic evidence and send to us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Upon receipt we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a store credit of the cost of the goods.
