Dymax Natural Black Sand Gravel - 4kgs
Regular price Dhs. 22.00 Save Dhs. -22.004kg bag of Dymax Natural Black Sand offers a natural and stylish looking substrate for your aquarium. The grains are 2-3mm, making for a finer but not overly fine substrate. Sand substrates are great for a fish only aquariums, serving the purpose of providing a surface for the beneficial bacteria to build colonies. With todays filter technology, the size of the gravel does not really matter, but it is recommended to use a finer gravel if bottom feeders are home in the tank. The substrate should be about 5-6.5cm in height (or depth) 2 – 2.5 inches in the base of the tank (which is roughly 4kg of substrate for approximately 380 square centimeters of tank surface. Please note: deeper layers especially with finer gravel sizes can pose a danger, given that food particles will sink into a less oxygenated area. This will over time produce hydrogen sulfite (rotten egg smell), which is highly toxic for the fish. ALL Sand should be carefully washed before use.

The transparency of these glass lily pipes is a favourite among aquarists as they gives superb appearance to the planted aquarium (they can hardly be seen in comparison to their stainless steel counterparts. These Dymax Crystal Lily Pipe with Surface Skimmer feature a 360-degree inflow design which allows water flow through from all directions without clogging and provides convenience in cleaning. The surface dirt is also effectively removed by the surface skimmer. The package includes 1x Crystal glass surface skimmer inflow, 1x Crystal glass outflow pipe, 2 x Acrylic suction holders for mounting to the side of the tank. Dymax CO2 Glass Atomizer
Regular price Dhs. 41.00 Save Dhs. -41.00Dymax CO2 Glass Atomizer is made of highly crystal clear material with a high quality ceramic disc to provide optimum diffusion of CO2. It is a durable atomizer and compact in size and thus easy to install. It should be place at the bottom of the tank in order to obtain its optimum result. When the ceramic disc is blocked, simply soak it into bleach water for 3 to 5 minutes then rinse with tap water and re-use again. This is the most conventional type of in-tank diffuser; effective if used properly. Ideally, you should aim to achieve a fine stream of mist. Requires more servicing than inline devices due to exposure to tank environment. It has more weaknesses compared to other methods. Atomizers require higher working pressure regulators to work.

Dymax Pearl Sand - 4kgs
Regular price Dhs. 22.00 Save Dhs. -22.00Dymax Pearl Sand is an ideal substrate for your freshwater aquarium. The grains are larger at 0.9-1.2cm, making for a varied and less fine substrate. Sand substrates are great for a fish only aquariums, serving the purpose of providing a surface for the beneficial bacteria to build colonies. With todays filter technology, the size of the gravel does not really matter, but it is recommended to use a finer gravel if bottom feeders are home in the tank. The substrate should be about 5-6.5cm in height (or depth) 2 – 2.5 inches in the base of the tank (which is roughly 4kg of substrate for approximately 380 square centimeters of tank surface. Please note: deeper layers especially with finer gravel sizes can pose a danger, given that food particles will sink into a less oxygenated area. This will over time produce hydrogen sulfite (rotten egg smell), which is highly toxic for the fish. ALL Sand should be carefully washed before use. This is a 4kg bag.
