Dermcare Malaseb Medicated Shampoo is formulated to remove scale, degrease the skin and kill cutaneous micro-organisms which primarily or secondarily cause dermatitis. Topical keratolytic, antibacterial, antifungal and antipruritic shampoo for dogs, cats and horses.

Malaseb Medicated Shampoo is formulated to remove scale, degrease the skin and kill cutaneous micro-organisms that primarily or secondarily cause dermatitis.

Malaseb Medicated Shampoo kills infective fungal spores on the coat. This helps to prevent the spread of the disease and reduces environmental contamination. The use of Malaseb Medicated Shampoo in conjunction with a systemic antifungal reduces the time to clinical resolution when compared with using a systemic antifungal alone.

Directions for use:

Wet the animal thoroughly with clean water.
Apply Malaseb Medicated Shampoo to your pet at several points and massage into the coat.
Using a sponge may assist with lathering and penetration of the shampoo through the coat.
Use approximately 1-2 mL per kg of body weight.
Leave the shampoo on for 10 minutes. Ensure your pet is supervised during this time to avoid ingestion or inhalation of the shampoo.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Precautions:

Use with caution around eyes. If shampoo enters the animal’s eye, flush thoroughly with clean water. Seek veterinary advice if eye changes are observed.
Pets should not be left unattended during the recommended 10 minute shampoo contact time as licking or inhaling shampoo foam may result in irritation of the gastrointestinal or respiratory tracts.
This product is not recommended for use in rabbits or species other than dogs or cats.

Dubai: "Next Day" Delivery applies for orders placed before 5pm from Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed after 5pm cannot be guaranteed for "Next Day" delivery and will be moved to the following day. Abu Dhabi: We endeavour to ship all orders promptly and as quickly as possible. Deliveries within Abu Dhabi are delivered within a maximum of five (5) working days. We always try to deliver as quickly as possible.

Other Emirates: We endeavour to ship all orders promptly. Deliveries to other Emirates (not including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman) are received within seven (7) working days.

Delivery Charges:

Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: “Free Delivery” is applicable for orders over AED105 that are being delivered to your home or office address, subject to availability of the item(s) you have ordered.

For orders valued below AED105, delivery charges apply. Delivery fees are AED40 (applicable to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman).

Other Emirates: “Free Delivery” is applicable for orders over AED150 that are being delivered to your home or office address, subject to availability of the item(s) you have ordered.

We will happily refund or exchange any items that are damaged or defective upon opening the packaging. If you have found the product has a defect or is damaged, please take photographic evidence and send to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

If you wish to return any product that has been incorrectly purchased, please contact us within seven days at info@equestri-online.com. Any consumables like Food, treats, supplement or medication product returns must be unopened, in original packaging with no defects and should have at least 6 months validity to be considered for return by us.

Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 1-2 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product(s) back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail and a credit note that reflects that the amount has been credited into your account. Please allow for up to 21 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately via email to info@equestri-online.com. In the case of non-delivery please wait seven working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods, please take photographic evidence and send to us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Upon receipt we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a store credit of the cost of the goods.
